We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Java, Oracle, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and modern architecture patterns, along with AI/ML integration capabilities, to drive the design and evolution of enterprise-grade platforms in financial / wealth management domains.

This role combines strong architectural leadership, hands-on technical depth, and forward-looking innovation, including the adoption of AI-driven solutions, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision systems.

Required Technical Skills

Core Engineering

• 6-10+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong architecture exposure
• Expertise in:
  • Java (multithreading, JVM tuning, collections)
  • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA
• Strong microservices and distributed system design expertise

Database & Data

• Advanced experience in:
  • Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
  • Data modeling, query optimization, indexing
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Cloud & DevOps

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • AWS / Azure architectures
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation preferred)

Integration & Messaging

• Experience with:
  • Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms
  • API Gateways and integration frameworks

AI / Data Skills (Required / Preferred)

• Understanding of:
  • Machine Learning lifecycle and deployment
  • Data pipelines and model integration
• Experience with:
  • AI/ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.)
  • REST-based model serving or real-time inference
• Familiarity with:
  • Python (for ML ecosystems)
  • Generative AI tools / LLM integrations (preferred)

• Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
