The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with organizational goals and drive meaningful improvements in technology processes and systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve overall project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems integration and configuration within Oracle Financials.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Oracle Financials modules.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Financials solutions.
- Familiarity with system testing, validation, and deployment processes in Oracle Financials environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing financial processes through Oracle Financials.
