This role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and potential risks. The individual leads efforts to maintain high standards of service quality while controlling costs to support the overall success and profitability of the projects. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support business growth and client satisfaction across multiple engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to optimize delivery outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FI S/4HANA modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
