Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology projects, ensuring that all aspects align with established frameworks and stakeholder expectations. This role requires continuous collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The day is also dedicated to steering the team towards maintaining high service quality while controlling costs to support the overall profitability and success of the delivery. Additionally, the role involves fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to proactively assist sales efforts and strengthen client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in managing large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities to drive project success.
- Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies within technology delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
