Summary:
As a Technology Strategy and Roadmap Architect, a typical day involves defining comprehensive technology transformation strategies and capabilities that guide the organization towards its future state. This role includes designing detailed roadmaps that encompass infrastructure, platforms, applications, data, and processes to ensure alignment with the overall vision. The position requires continuous evaluation of current technology landscapes and collaboration with various stakeholders to establish clear, actionable plans that drive progress and innovation within the organization.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Assist in the development and refinement of technology governance frameworks to ensure compliance and best practices.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing technology roadmaps that integrate infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process components.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting technology solutions that align with strategic business goals.
- Ability to analyze complex technical environments and recommend scalable, sustainable architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
