Job Description
• Call inbound leads from Facebook, Google, 99acres, Housing.com, and WhatsApp — respond within 2 minutes
• Explain Silpa Whistling Woods and MYRA projects clearly to buyers
• Qualify buyers — understand their budget, timeline, and interest
• Book and confirm site visits — target 5 to 8 confirmed visits every week
• Follow up via calls and WhatsApp with buyers who have not yet decided
• Handle NRI buyers from Dubai, USA, UK — schedule video walkthroughs and India visit slots
• Make 60 to 80 calls per day — mix of new leads and follow-ups
• Answer buyer questions about price, legal documents, distance, and the farm management model
• Update all calls and status in the tracker every day — no backlogs
• Submit a daily call report by 7 PM
• Attend morning briefing at 9 AM and weekly sales review
