About JobSafalJobSafal is India's AI-powered preparation app for government exam aspirants SSC, Banking, Railway, UPSC, and state exams. We help lakhs of students crack competitive exams with smart content, mock tests, and personalized guidance. We're looking for energetic telecallers to connect with aspirants and guide them toward the right prep plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads (students and aspirants) and explain JobSafal's courses, features, and subscription plans.
• Handle inbound queries about exams, pricing, app features, and offers.
• Convert interested leads into paid subscribers by understanding their exam goals and recommending the right plan.
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Share student feedback and common objections with the marketing and product team.

Requirements

• Fluent in Hindi and Hinglish; working knowledge of English (regional languages like Telugu a plus).
• Clear voice, good communication, and a friendly, persuasive telephone manner.
• Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day.
• Basic smartphone/computer skills; familiarity with CRM or Excel is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and patient with first-time callers.
• Prior experience in EdTech, telesales, or customer support preferred but not mandatory.
