📝 Job Overview:Hiring Telecallers for cash collection process for multiple banks. Candidate will handle calling activities, payment follow-ups, and customer communication regarding pending dues. / 📝 जॉब ओवरव्यू: विभिन्न बैंकों के कैश कलेक्शन प्रोसेस के लिए Telecaller की भर्ती की जा रही है। उम्मीदवार को कॉलिंग, पेमेंट फॉलो-अप और ग्राहक से बातचीत संभालनी होगी।


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers regarding pending payments / ग्राहकों को पेंडिंग पेमेंट के लिए कॉल करना

• Handle collection follow-ups professionally / प्रोफेशनल तरीके से कलेक्शन फॉलो-अप संभालना

• Maintain calling records and updates / कॉल रिकॉर्ड और अपडेट बनाए रखना

• Support cash collection process for banks / बैंकों के कैश कलेक्शन प्रोसेस में सहायता करना

• Coordinate with customers and internal team / ग्राहकों और इंटरनल टीम से समन्वय करना

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Both male and female candidates can apply / पुरुष और महिला दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं

• Minimum 10th Pass / न्यूनतम 10वीं पास
