Job Description
We want a Telecaller and Team Leader role involves handling customer calls while also supervising and guiding a team to achieve organizational and maintain service quality and
worklocation will be at Erragada and KPHP colongy
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to customers to promote products or provide information
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Guide, support, and motivate telecallers to improve performance
- Assign targets and monitor daily team activities
- Train new team members and provide regular feedback
- Handle escalated customer issues when required
- Maintain call records, reports, and team performance data
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
