Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented female telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and prior experience in handling outbound and/or inbound calls.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services
- Handle inbound customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams when necessary
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
- Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
- Good listening and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
