Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain project details and property benefits to clients & marketing team
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Schedule site visits for potential buyers.
- Update customer information and call records in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Experience & Freshers with good communication skills in telecalling , customer support, or sales is preferred.
