Telecaller

Position: Debt Recovery Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.

• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely repayment.

• Explain outstanding balance, due dates, and payment options to customers.

• Educate customers about the impact of non-payment on their CIBIL score and banking records.

• Maintain proper call records, payment commitments, and follow-up details in the system.

• Coordinate with field executives for customer visits when required.

• Handle customer queries and provide basic information related to loan accounts.

• Ensure professional and polite communication while handling difficult customers.

• Achieve daily calling targets and collection follow-ups assigned by the team leader.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Experience in telecalling / banking collections is preferred.

• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹21,000 + Incentives
