We are looking for a motivated and friendly Telecaller to handle student inquiries, provide information about our education services, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.


📋 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students and parents

Handle inbound inquiries about courses, colleges study options

Explain services clearly and professionally

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication

Convert inquiries into walk-ins or registrations

Maintain a database of calls and student details

Coordinate with the counselling team.
