Telecaller Job Description
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility is to contact customers and confirm whether they would like to receive or cancel their orders. You will be required to follow up on calls, manage and recall necessary documents, and coordinate regarding parcels.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers to confirm order delivery or cancellation
- Follow up with customers and maintain proper communication
- Handle and manage related documents
- Coordinate and manage parcels efficiently
Work Details:
- Office Location: Manikonda
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday
