Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling and sales, with excellent communication and persuasion skills. The role involves contacting potential customers, generating leads, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful closures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize business opportunities.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in telecalling and sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
