Job Description
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively call prospective students to introduce educational programs and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Inbound/Outbound Calling: Manage high-volume outbound calls, follow-ups, and inbound queries regarding courses, fees, and enrollment.
- Counseling: Provide detailed information on curriculum, career paths, and fee structures to students and parents.
- CRM Management: Update student interaction records and maintain accurate data within the CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling targets and monthly admission targets.
- Support & Follow-up: Guide students through the application and registration process.
