Job SummaryVS LENDING.COM is hiring experienced and enthusiastic Tele Callers for the Loan Process team. Candidates with prior experience in loan telecalling and customer interaction are encouraged to apply. The role involves handling outbound calls through an auto dialer system, explaining loan products, and assisting customers throughout the process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound calls using the auto dialer system
- Explain loan products and services to customers
- Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Update customer records and call details accurately
- RequirementsMinimum experience in loan telecalling is mandatory
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Experience with auto dialer calling is preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Basic computer knowledge

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Salary will be based on previous CTC and relevant experience in the same industry
