Job Opening: Personal Loan Sales Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Personal Loan Sales Executives to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting personal loan products, and achieving monthly sales targets.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, telecalling, referrals, and other sales activities.
  • Identify potential customers and explain personal loan products.
  • Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
  • Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in Personal Loans, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Direct Sales.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
  • Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
