Job Description
SP Associates is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team in Nallakunta, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in telecalling/customer handling. Experience in the consumer durables industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally
- Explain products/services to customers and generate leads
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer requirements
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
- Resolve customer queries politely and effectively
Eligibility Criteria
- Female candidates preferred
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telecalling/customer support/sales
- Preference will be given to candidates from consumer durables industry
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
