Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and professional individual to manage telecalling, office administration, and personal assistant responsibilities. The role includes handling inbound and outbound client calls, generating leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating meetings, managing calendars and correspondence, preparing reports and documentation, overseeing daily office operations, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, maintaining records, and providing executive support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, be proficient in MS Office, maintain confidentiality, and have a positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
