Job Description
We're hiring a Telecaller cum Social Media Response Executive to handle incoming enquiries — over phone and Instagram/WhatsApp — for both furniture (sofas, beds, dining sets, recliners, etc.) and furnishings (curtains, blinds, wallpapers), and ensure timely follow-up until the enquiry closes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Instagram DMs and comments across both furniture and furnishings enquiries
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for furniture and furnishings customers
- Follow up consistently with leads who haven't yet purchased or confirmed
- Share correct product info, pricing, and showroom details depending on category (furniture vs. furnishings)
- Schedule showroom visits or free home visits (for blinds/wallpaper measurements) and coordinate with the sales/installation team
- Maintain a daily log of leads by category, conversation status, and follow-up stage
- Coordinate with the design/sales team to convert enquiries into confirmed orders
