Job Description
Collections Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers through outbound calls to remind them about overdue payments and encourage timely repayment of outstanding dues, such as EMIs, loans, or invoices. The role involves explaining account balances, payment due dates, and available repayment options while professionally addressing customer queries and concerns. Collections Telecallers negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines, follow up on payment commitments, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM or collections system.
