Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to promote and sell bank loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property, Vehicle Loans, and Credit Cards. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, generating leads, and converting them into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and generated leads.
• Explain loan products, features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for field sales executives when required.
• Follow up with customers throughout the loan application process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with banks and internal processing teams for application status updates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

• Intermediate / Graduation in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Prior experience in telecalling, banking, loan sales, or financial services will be preferred.
