Job Description: Inside Sales Executive — Multilingual


- Role: Inside Sales Executive — Multilingual

- Type: Full-Time | Office-Based | Permanent

- Location: Hyderabad (Central Inside Sales Hub)


Key Responsibilities


- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery calls.

- Pitch company solutions in regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Punjabi, or Kannada).

- Log all call outcomes and notes accurately in the CRM.

- Hand off warm, qualified leads to the field sales team for onboarding.

- Meet weekly targets for calls, qualifications, and truck activations.


Requirements


- 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or lead qualification (Fintech, Logistics, or SaaS preferred).

- Fluency in at least two Indian languages (Regional + Hindi).

- Ability to manage 60–80 calls per day with a professional phone manner.

- Proficiency with smartphones, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
