Job Description
We are hiring Telecaller Executives for General Insurance outbound sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance renewals and new policies
• Explain policy benefits and generate customer interest
• Share quotations through WhatsApp and follow up with customers
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain customer details and daily follow-up records
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling or insurance sales
• Good communication skills in Telugu and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good convincing and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented and positive attitude
Salary:
Fixed salary + Attractive incentives
