Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller Executive to handle customer calls, explain our services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain company products/services clearly
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Generate and maintain leads database
• Schedule appointments/site visits when required
• Maintain daily call reports and customer records
• Coordinate with sales/design team for lead updates
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to convince and interact professionally with customers
• Prior tele calling/customer support experience is preferred
• Positive attitude and confidence in speaking
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Qualification

• Intermediate / Any Degree
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
