🗣️ Language Requirement: Hindi, English, and Telugu communication skills are mandatory. Candidates should be able to speak and understand all three languages fluently.

🕒 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and provide the right assistance.

• Connect customers with the technical support team whenever technical assistance is required.

• Transfer calls to the appropriate department based on customer needs.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.

• Deliver a professional and customer-friendly experience on every call.
