Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Female)Company: Benaka Gold Company

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Required Skills:Good communication skills in Telugu and English
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Gender: Female
  • Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
  • Education: Minimum 10th/PUC/Any Degree
