Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Tele-caller to handle outbound and inbound calls for loan products. The role involves explaining loan offerings, generating leads, and assisting customers through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products (business loans, etc.)

Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding loan services

Explain product features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements

Generate and qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups

Maintain customer data and update CRM systems regularly

Coordinate with sales and operations teams for loan processing

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English

Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services (preferred)

Ability to convince and handle objections

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Experience:

Fresher or 0–2 years experience in tele-calling, sales, or BFSI sector
