Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining services/products, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain company services/products clearly
- Handle customer queries and follow up regularly
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Generate leads and schedule appointments if required
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
- Requirements:Good communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
