Telecalling Executive

A Real Estate Telecaller initiates outbound calls to potential clients, promotes property listings, and schedules site visits to drive sales. Key responsibilities include managing client inquiries, updating CRM databases, and nurturing leads for the sales team. Candidates need excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a result-oriented approach to meet monthly targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Conversion: Explain property features, pricing, and amenities to persuade clients to book site visits.
• Follow-ups: Maintain a database of leads, performing regular follow-ups to keep potential buyers engaged.
• CRM Maintenance: Document detailed call notes and update client data within CRM software.
• Client Coordination: Liaise between potential clients and sales agents to schedule site inspections and follow up on post-site-visit feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and communication skills in local language(s) and English.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or telesales, ideally within real estate.
• Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
• Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
