Job Description

·        Generating leads: Reaching out to potential customers and identifying their needs 

·        Making sales: Persuading customers to purchase products or services 

·        Maintaining customer relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers 

·        Processing sales: Ensuring that customer purchases are processed accurately 

·        Answering customer queries: Helping customers with their queries and providing information about services 

·        Upselling: Upselling products or services to existing customers 

·        Record-keeping: Maintaining customer interactions, preferences, and purchase details 

·        Tracking and documenting: Tracking and documenting calls and sales 

·        Updating client records: Updating client records 

·        Preparing and presenting: Preparing and presenting achievements and KIPs
