🧠 Role Overview - We are looking for experienced telecallers who can efficiently handle patient communication, convert inquiries into OP visits, and support the hospital’s growth through effective follow-ups and coordination.

📌 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming patient calls and provide accurate information

• Make outgoing follow-up calls for leads, appointments, and treatments
• Convert inquiries into OP consultations
• Follow up with patients for treatment and surgery conversions
• Manage WhatsApp communication professionally
• Maintain and update data in CRM systems
• Track leads, appointments, and conversions
• Coordinate with doctors and internal teams
• Generate daily and weekly reports

🎯 Key Skills RequiredStrong communication skills (Telugu, English & Hindi – Mandatory)

• Experience in hospital / healthcare calling
• Ability to convert leads into appointments and treatments
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and basic software
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills
• Professional and patient-friendly approach
