Job Description:

Sculpt Cosmetic Surgery & Hair Transplant Center is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to introduce and promote our range of cosmetic surgery and hair transplant services. You’ll play a key role in setting up appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining a positive relationship with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote Sculpt's cosmetic and hair transplant services.
• Explain services, answer questions, and provide relevant information to generate interest.
• Schedule appointments for consultations and follow up with clients to confirm.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and feedback.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service (preferably in healthcare or cosmetic industry).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.
