Telesales Consultant – Abroad Staffing & Placement

Role Overview:

We are hiring a high-performance Telesales Consultant to convert leads into paid clients for overseas job opportunities (Gulf, Europe, etc.). This is a pure sales role focused on revenue and closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and qualify candidates interested in working abroad
• Explain job roles, salary, benefits, and process clearly
• Pitch and close paid overseas placement services
• Handle objections related to fees, trust, timelines, and job authenticity
• Maintain strong follow-ups until closure
• Achieve monthly conversion targets consistently
• Coordinate with backend team for onboarding

Requirements:

• Prior telesales / sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident in selling paid services
• Must have own mobile phone and laptop
• Highly target-driven and self-motivated

Company Support:

• SIM card provided for official calling
• Leads and basic training provided
