Telesales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to generate sales through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to convert enquiries into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, social media, websites, exhibitions, and referrals.
• Explain Mr. Water products, technologies, and service benefits to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water treatment solutions.
• Schedule site visits for the field sales team whenever required.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects until closure.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
• Handle customer objections professionally and convert them into opportunities.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
