Job Description

Dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive with strong experience in telecalling, customer handling, lead conversion, reservation booking, and hospitality sales. Skilled in outbound and inbound calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, upselling, customer relationship management, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Experienced in handling restaurant sales, party bookings, corporate reservations, and customer engagement with excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to work under pressure, achieve sales targets, manage customer databases, and coordinate with operations teams for smooth guest experiences. Proficient in B2C sales, inside sales, relationship management, complaint handling, and follow-up management. Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English preferred.
