Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information.

Explain Onyx Furniture products, pricing, and ongoing offers.

Generate and qualify sales leads.

Schedule appointments for the field sales team when required.

Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain customer data and update CRM/Excel records.

Prepare daily call reports and sales reports.

Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
