We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Territory Business Manager (TBM) to manage field sales operations, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth within the assigned territory.

Experience Required:1–5 Years in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Field Sales
Job Location:Field Work / Territory Based - Hyderabad
Employment Type:Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and expense statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently in field sales.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Experience in Pharma / Healthcare Sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
- ProfileEnergetic and confident personality.
- Strong network with doctors, hospitals, and medical stores is an advantage.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
