Job Location:Field Work / Territory Based - Hyderabad

Employment Type:Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and expense statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work independently in field sales.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare market.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Pharma / Healthcare Sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Valid driving license preferred.

• Strong network with doctors, hospitals, and medical stores is an advantage.
