Job Title: Transport Booking Executive

Location/Address: Devarayamjal (Kandlakoya), Telangana – 500078

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month (based on experience, Excel skills & performance)

Job Summary We are hiring a skilled and responsible Transport Booking Executive who can manage end-to-end booking operations independently.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory for this role.

This position involves daily coordination with customers, drivers, and internal teams, along with accurate documentation and reporting.

• Key Responsibilities Handle transport bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and regular customers
• Maintain daily booking data strictly in Microsoft Excel
• Prepare and update booking sheets, rate sheets, vehicle tracking
• Allocate vehicles and coordinate with drivers & fleet
• Prepare LRs, invoices, POD tracking
• Track loading, unloading, transit status
• Coordinate for delays, breakdowns, and route issues
• Follow up internally for PODs and payment status
• Ensure zero missing entries and clean documentation
• Mandatory Requirements (Strict) Microsoft Excel proficiency is compulsory
• Booking sheets
• Rate calculations
• Trip & vehicle tracking
• Daily/monthly reports
• 2–4 years experience in transport or logistics booking
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Good communication with drivers, customers, and office staff
• Basic understanding of transport documentation
• Willingness to work flexible hours (transport environment)

• Preferred Skills Experience in local & outstation transport bookings
• Knowledge of Hyderabad/Telangana routes
• Billing and POD coordination experience
• Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
• Employment Terms Probation period: 2–3 months
• Salary credited on a fixed date every month
• Frequent salary advances are not encouraged
• Performance review after probation
• Notice period as per company policy
