ob Title: Transport & Housekeeping Incharge

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Transport & Housekeeping Incharge to oversee the school's transport operations and housekeeping services, ensuring student safety, cleanliness, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily school transport operations, bus routes, and driver schedules.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance, statutory compliance, and transport safety.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain cleanliness across the campus.
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Handle transport and housekeeping-related issues efficiently.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with school policies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in transport, housekeeping, facility management, or school administration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
  • Experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.
