We are currently seeking a Unix System Integration Sr. Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

Educational Qualification:

• Must be a graduate (B. Tech/B.E./B.Sc./MCA or equivalent).

Experience:

• 3 to 8 years of total IT experience.
• Dual Expertise Required: Proven track record in both Linux Systems Administration and OpenShift (OCP 4.x) cluster management.

 

Core Linux Administration & Security:

• OS Expertise: Deep understanding of Linux OS internals (RHEL/CentOS is mandatory; Ubuntu/Suse is a plus).
• System Admin: Proficiency in user management, file systems (LVM), process management, kernel tuning, and performance optimization.
• Security & Hardening: Hands-on experience with system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and OS patching using tools like Red Hat Satellite.

 

OpenShift & Cloud Administration:

• Cluster Management: Managing OCP 4.x lifecycles, including "Over-the-Air" (OTA) upgrades and node scaling via Machine Sets.
• Managed Services: Hands-on experience with ROSA (AWS) or ARO (Azure).
• Containerization: Strong knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals and container runtimes (CRI-O / Docker).

 

Automation & DevOps:

• Scripting: Strong proficiency in Bash and YAML for automation; Python knowledge is highly desirable.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Ability to manage infrastructure and configurations using Ansible and Terraform.
• GitOps & CI/CD: Experience with ArgoCD for cluster configuration and Tekton for cloud-native pipelines.

 

 

Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Process:

 

• Observability: Deep knowledge of the OpenShift Monitoring stack (Prometheus, Grafana) and Linux logging tools.
• Troubleshooting: Expert-level debugging of both OS-level issues and Kubernetes failures (CrashLoopBackOff, OOM Kills, PV mounting errors).
• ITSM: Well-versed in ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem) using ServiceNow or JIRA.

 

Certifications (Preferred):

 

• RHCSA / RHCE (Red Hat Certified System Administrator/Engineer).
• EX280 (Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration).
• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator).

Years of Experience:

• 3 to 8 Years.

Work Timings:

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24x7 support model) including on-call support.
