Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor employee discipline and workplace conduct.
  • Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of office and project sites.
  • Report any violations, misconduct, or suspicious activities.
  • Maintain security records and incident reports.
  • Coordinate with HR and management on disciplinary matters.
  • Verify attendance, assets, and operational compliance.
  • Support investigations when required.
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in vigilance, security, administration, or a similar role.
  • Good observation and reporting skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Strong communication and integrity.
  • Willing to travel to project sites when required.
