Visual Merchandiser-Textile

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating attractive store displays, maintaining brand standards, improving the customer shopping experience, and increasing sales through effective product presentation across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the company's Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines in all stores.
• Ensure proper product display as per category, size, colour, and collection.
• Create attractive window displays and promotional displays.
• Maintain store layout and customer flow according to company standards.
• Ensure mannequins are dressed with the latest collections.
• Coordinate with the teams for new product launches.
• Execute seasonal themes, festival displays, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor stock presentation and ensure shelves are always well-filled.
• Conduct regular VM audits and submit reports with photographs.
• Train store team or Franchise Team on VM standards and display maintenance.
• Coordinate with team during store openings
• Analyze customer movement and suggest display improvements to increase conversions.

Daily Activities

• Visit assigned stores.
• Check window displays.
• Arrange products according to VM standards.
• Dress mannequins.
• Verify promotional displays.
• Ensure proper lighting and signage.
• Take before-and-after display photographs.
• Share daily VM reports.

Skills Required

Experience

• 2–3 years in Retail Visual Merchandising.
• Experience in Apparel or Fashion Retail preferred.
