Job Description
At Café Coffee Day (CCD), the waiter or server role is typically referred to as a Barista or Café Team Member. They are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing beverages, and maintaining the café's hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcoming guests, answering menu questions, and providing friendly service.
- Order Taking & Serving: Taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments.
- Beverage Preparation: Grinding beans, brewing coffee/tea, and preparing quick-bite items as per standard recipes.
- Cleanliness: Sanitizing tables, sweeping floors, restocking supplies, and keeping the coffee station and dining area tidy.
- Inventory & Display: Replenishing display cases and assisting with basic stock management.
