Job Description

  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Guest ServiceWelcome guests politely and guide them to their tables
  • Assist in explaining the buffet/live grill concept
  • Ensure guests are comfortable throughout their dining experience
  • Table ManagementSet up tables with cutlery, plates, napkins, and glasses
  • Refill water, clear used plates, and maintain table hygiene
  • Reset tables quickly for the next guests
  • Food & Service SupportServe starters (especially live grill items)
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service
  • Ensure buffet counters are clean and well-stocked
  • Cleanliness & HygieneFollow strict hygiene standards (as per FSSAI guidelines)
  • Keep dining area, service stations, and trays clean
  • Customer InteractionHandle basic guest queries and requests
  • Escalate complaints to senior staff when needed
