Chaayos Hiring for Team members/Senor team members at Hyd Location -DLF Gachibowli, Indira Nagar Gachibowli, Care hospital next to Fab India Chaayos Gachibowli, Raheja Mindspace, Aparna neo mall (nallagandla),Divyasree(Khajaguda),Alkapoor(Manikonda),Kokapet(Gandipet),Kondapur(Inside Sarath City Capital Mall),Masjid Banda Main Rd (SMR),Pragathi Nagar,Bala nagar Y Junction (Inside Lake Shore Mall - Y Junction).

Hiring for Female (Morning shift) & Male (Closing shift)


Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, daily specials, and dietary/allergen restrictions to provide recommendations.
  • Order Taking: Accurately record orders and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system while communicating special requests to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Food Delivery: Safely transport food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to the dining tables in a timely manner.
  • Table Maintenance: Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, clear dishes, and reset tables for incoming customers.
  • Payments: Prepare and present checks, process cash or credit card payments, and return change or receipts accurately.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Comply with all food safety, hygiene regulations, and health codes
