Tapasya College of Commerce & Management is looking for responsible, disciplined, and student-friendly Wardens (Male & Female) to manage hostel operations and ensure a safe, secure, and supportive environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily hostel operations.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene in the hostel premises.
• Monitor student attendance, in/out movements, and hostel registers.
• Ensure timely wake-up, study hours, meals, and lights-off schedules.
• Handle student concerns, emergencies, and parent communication professionally.
• Coordinate with administration, security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular room inspections and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Monitor hostel staff performance and report issues to management.
• Ensure hostel rules and college policies are followed properly.
• Maintain records related to occupancy, complaints, visitors, and incidents.
• Support students emotionally and guide them when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate.
• Experience in hostel administration, residential schools, colleges, or student accommodation preferred.
• Freshers with good discipline management skills can also apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle students with patience and responsibility.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
