Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, ensure FIFO compliance, and support smooth daily operations for our vending machine network across Hyderabad.

This role is critical to maintaining product freshness, stock accuracy, and timely dispatch to refill teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records (inward & outward)
• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) is strictly followed
• Track expiry dates of all SKUs
• Conduct daily and weekly stock audits
• Warehouse OperationsManage inwarding of goods from vendors
• Organize stock efficiently for quick picking
• Prepare and dispatch stock for vending machine refillers
• Maintain cleanliness and structure of warehouse
• CoordinationWork closely with operations & refilling team (4 AM dispatch readiness)
• Report stock shortages and fast-moving SKUs
• Coordinate with procurement for timely restocking
• System & ToolsUse barcode scanners / inventory software (if implemented)
• Maintain digital or manual logs of stock movement
• Assist in implementing inventory control systems 

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in warehouse / inventory role
• Experience in FMCG / food products preferred
• Basic understanding of FIFO & expiry tracking
• Comfortable with early morning operations (if required)
• Basic Excel / inventory software knowledge
