Warehouse Incharge

Ø Maintaining records of goods ordered and received.

Ø Keep a constant check on stock levels.

Ø Plan accordingly and schedule next purchase before time.

Ø Coordinating the vehicle inspection, documents checking with the quality department

Ø Checking the purchase order & invoice brought by the transporter.

Ø Arrange samples from supplies, testing, and approval from QC.

Ø Prepare and process requisitions and (purchase orders) for supply of products.

Ø Preparing GRN as per the material received and give the identification to the lot.

Ø Ensuring the FIFO in to the storage.

Ø Monitoring and maintaining the temperatures of the storage areas (cold room).

Ø Tagging the lots, ensuring the cleaning the storage area.

Ø Passing the information regarding the rejected materials to the purchase department.

Ø Handling the rejected material, ensuring the tagging and identification of the rejected material.

Ø Ensuring the segregated storage practices.

Ø Maintaining the stocks of the PM and preparing the requisition when required.

Ø Ensuring proper stacking and keeping of the material.

Ø Inspecting pallets and racks.

Ø Ensuring the pest management of the storage area.

Ø Reporting any issues in FIFO, storage practices, cleaning issues, pest related issues, etc.

Responsibilities:

Ø Receiving incoming material.

Ø Maintaining records of incoming material (RM, PM).

Ø Keeping constant check of stock levels.

Ø Giving requisition to the purchase team.

Ø Checking the documents came along with the vehicle.

Ø Monitoring and maintaining storage temperature.

Ø Tagging and arranging the material lot wise

Ø Maintaining the FIFO

Ø Segregating the material

Ø Preparing GRN

Ø Ensuring proper stacking and keeping.
